Job Opportunity: Certified Surgical Technician

Location: Waco, Texas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Perform Certified Surgical Technician (CST) duties in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) including Endovascular, Open Heart, and Thoracic specialties.
  • Provide coverage for the Hybrid Operating Room (Hybrid OR) on a call basis.
  • The role requires a specialized skill set combining surgical and interventional techniques.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CVOR Technologist.
  • Recent CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.

Additional Information

  • Onboarding requires submission of various professional and health documents prior to or at the start of the assignment.
  • On-call coverage is a required part of the role.
  • The position involves working in a high-acuity surgical environment with advanced hybrid OR technology.

This opportunity is suited for Certified Surgical Technicians with experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgical settings who are comfortable with on-call duties and hybrid OR procedures.
