Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift (07:00 - 17:30)
• On-call every 3rd weekend (12 shifts in a 6-week period)

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Cardiac Radiology Technologist (license verification required within 30 days of start)
• American Heart Association BLS certification (copy of front and back of card required)
• Specialty-specific competency exam completed within the last year
• Fit test required
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within the last year)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (including methadone, phencyclidine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, barbiturates)
• Immunizations and health history documentation required:

  • COVID-19 vaccine (booster proof, declination or exemption with agency letterhead; declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR vaccination or IgG titer proof
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of first vaccination prior to start, subsequent doses as scheduled; titers not accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine or declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL; current flu season dates apply)
  • Varicella vaccination or IgG titer proof
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test (with chest x-ray if positive TB)
  • Color vision test
• Background and professional verifications required within 30 days of start:

  • Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check (last 7 years) including SSN verification
  • Education verification (highest level of academic education)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
  • OIG/GSA exclusion check
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check
• Signed professional and compliance forms required prior to start:

  • Confidentiality and information security agreement
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Code of conduct form
  • Integrity and audit services form
  • System access form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Resume and skills checklist within the last year, plus two professional references
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position

Additional Notes

• Positive TB requires chest x-ray within the last year for certain states; otherwise within 5 years
• All documentation must be uploaded to the vendor management system prior to or at onboarding
• Standard I9 verification completed by the agency
