Physical Therapist (Ortho) - Travel Position

Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 24 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Shifts: None
Call Requirements: None
EMR System: EPIC
Unit Type: Outpatient therapy (Ortho/Neuro)

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

Additional training or experience with modalities such as soft tissue mobilization and taping

Work Environment & Culture

High energy, team-oriented environment
Must work well with others
Dress code requires dark gray scrubs and adherence to facility dress policy
