Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Details

• Shift: 3 x 12 hour night shifts
• Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT license mandatory)
• Preferred Experience: EPIC and Hamilton ventilator experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Physician health statement within 1 year of start date
• Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, national sex offender registry, and exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within required timeframes
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor-level
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year
• Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for extensions
• Education verification through background check company
• Social Security Number trace as part of background check
• Name change documentation if applicable

Additional Notes

• No onsite fit testing; must be completed prior to start
• Strongly preferred (but optional): Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof
• Positive TB test requires negative chest x-ray documentation
• Compliance with all credential submission and onboarding requirements is mandatory
