Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately)

Job Summary

Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions according to state Board of Nursing standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Evaluate health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
Provide health teaching and counseling.
Deliver therapy and treatment supportive and restorative to patient well-being, either directly or through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching.
Execute delegated medical functions.
Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
Document care in accordance with regulatory and hospital guidelines.
Utilize resources as needed.
May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
Ability to perform essential nursing duties satisfactorily.
Meet knowledge, skills, education, training, licensure, and experience requirements for the role.
Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.

Additional Information

This role involves telemetry nursing care.
Flexibility to float to other departments and be on-call as needed.
