Registered Nurse - Med Surg
Location: Sylva, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse with Medical Surgical specialty experience to provide high-quality patient care in a 24-bed medical surgical unit. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:6 and uses the Paragon EHR system. This role involves floating based on rotation and does not require call duties.

- Weekend Hours: Varies (every other or every 3rd weekend)
- Patient Population: Adult medical surgical patients
- Equipment/EHR: Paragon
- Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 6 patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Demonstrated Medical Surgical competencies
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
