Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

• Telemetry Registered Nurse with 2+ years of recent experience required.
• Must have at least 2 years of cardiac experience, including care for cardiac cath patients and cardiac patients on Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Experience with cardiac patients is essential.
• Night shift weekend requirement: every other Friday and Saturday.
• EPIC electronic health record experience required.
• ACLS certification must be current and previously used in prior positions (simply obtaining ACLS to be compliant is not acceptable).

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Rhode Island
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience, including telemetry experience within the last year
• Cardiology experience
• Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

• Basic pharmacology exam (minimum 80%)
• Basic rhythm interpretation screening (minimum 80%)
• Education verification (diploma or transcripts)
• Agency attestation and employment eligibility verification

• Weekend rotation includes every other Friday and Saturday night shifts.
