Job Description

Physical Therapist position in Home Health setting.
Home Health experience preferred.
OASIS experience required; candidates without OASIS experience may be considered if they have solid Home Health experience.
Hours are based on completed visits (e.g., 25 visits = 40 hours).
COVID vaccination or approved exemption required.
Mileage reimbursement provided based on IRS standard.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California

Additional Information

Hours guaranteed if 25 or more visits are completed.
