Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Join a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital specializing in comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation. The facility provides customized, intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The program is accredited for its integrated inpatient rehabilitation and specialty stroke and brain programs.

Position Details

Discipline: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts per month
Call: None
Patient Population: General adult patients, including neuro patients
Caseload: Approximately 7 patients, shared with OTA
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Preferred Attributes

Cooperative and team-oriented personality
Desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
