Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Traveler)

Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Completion of orientation and education verification (including diploma or transcripts if third-party verification unavailable).
• Submission of professional license and certification verification with primary source verification within 30 days of start.
• Health and immunization requirements including:

  • COVID-19 vaccination series plus booster or completed declination.
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted at some locations).
  • Influenza vaccine or declination (required during flu season).
  • TB test within one year of start date.
  • Varicella immunity (vaccination or titer).
  • Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted at some locations).
  • Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work.
• Annual respirator fit test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite).
• Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start.
• National criminal background check within one year of start date.
• Completion of required competency exams and skills checklists with a minimum score of 80%.
• Completion of workplace violence prevention training.
• Submission of valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport).
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation).
• Submission of updated resume and two professional references (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor).
• Completion of agency attestation and exclusion list search.

• Certain documents and tests must be completed annually or within specified timeframes prior to start.
• Color-blind test required annually.
• Photo ID may be requested for onboarding clearance.
