Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Home Care

Job Description

Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Lancaster County area (multiple zip codes included)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
Specialty Experience: Must have experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) and wound/VAC (vacuum-assisted closure) care

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications & Certifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of Home Health nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Wound Care experience
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set)

Additional Information

Must be able to pass motor vehicle report and fit mask test
Annual mandatory training and health questionnaires required
