Description
Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical PM Shift
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical specialty for a PM shift. This is a long-term assignment in Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience
- Experience in Trauma nursing
- At least 1 year of total travel nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience managing nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- Specialty and pharmacology exams are recommended but optional.
- Some immunization requirements may have medical or religious exemptions, subject to approval.
- Flu vaccine is required during flu season unless exemption is approved.
This position requires readiness to comply with all onboarding health, credentialing, and compliance requirements prior to assignment start.
