Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel)

Location: Kingfisher, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing
Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Call Requirements: None
Patient Ratio: 6:1
Unit Beds: 25
Patient Type: Inpatient and sling bed
EMR System: EPIC
Dress Code: Black scrubs; no unnatural nails or unnatural hair colors

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Preferred Qualifications

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
Self-motivated personality fit
