Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Description

Seeking a CT Technologist for a long-term assignment. Typical shift hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide documentation and complete the following prior to start:

• Fit Test
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional guidelines
• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster proof, declination, or exemption where applicable)
• MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiation prior to start
• Influenza vaccine proof, declination, or exemption (seasonal)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS and GSA/OIG exclusion checks dated within past 30 days
• Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, Integrity and Audit Services, and System Access forms signed and on file
• Specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist completed within the last year
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start
• License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
• Standard I9 form completed by the agency
• Color Vision test
