Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Los Angeles, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Home Health Physical Therapist position.
- Home Health experience preferred; if no Home Health experience, Outpatient experience is required as a minimum.
- Experience with OASIS documentation is required; candidates without OASIS experience may be considered if they have solid Home Health experience.
- Hours are based on completed visits (e.g., 25 visits = 40 hours).
- COVID exemptions permitted.
- Mileage between patients reimbursed at IRS standard rates.
- Accepting candidates with pending California license if application has been submitted.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Experience with OASIS
