Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Mother Baby Unit)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel


Position Details

  • Specialty: Med Surg (Mother Baby Unit)
  • Shift: Nights, 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (no exceptions)
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
  • Weekend Hours: As required by facility
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Patient Population: Mother Baby unit patients
  • EMR System: EPIC

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensed in Oklahoma
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg nursing specialty
  • Ability to utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability
  • Experience coordinating patient care with other departments and maintaining patient confidentiality

  • Float requirements as needed
  • Dress code includes black scrubs
  • No call responsibilities

Contract Length

  • Approximately 13 weeks
