Occupational Therapist

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 12 weeks (approximately)

Job Summary

Provide assessment, treatment, and education focused on independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities, and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics.
Evaluate patients, establish treatment goals and anticipated outcomes, and deliver skilled physical assessments and treatments.
Delegate and supervise within scope of authority to students, assistants, and technicians.
Reassess patient progress, revise treatment plans, and modify goals as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
