Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Details

• Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Specialty: CT Technologist

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide documentation for the following prior to onboarding:

• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster proof or approved exemption)
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Fit Test
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine or approved exemption (seasonal)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)

Professional and Background Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year
• Two professional references
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and audit services forms
• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check (last 7 years) including SSN verification (dated within 30 days of start)
• Education verification (highest degree or diploma)
• EPLS and OIG exclusion checks (dated within 30 days)
• National Sex Offender Registry check (dated within 30 days)
• System access form completed one week before start

Additional Notes

• Specialty-specific competency exam must be current within one year
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to start
• No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position
