Job Description

• Floating assignment across multiple hospital locations within the region based on needs.
• Must have experience working in the Operating Room (OR) closely with the surgical team to ensure imaging accuracy and usefulness during surgery.
• Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• Experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty.
• Operating Room (OR) experience working closely with the surgical team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to float between multiple hospital locations within the region.
• Required to submit Return to Office (RTO) documentation at time of application.
• Olive/Sage Green scrubs required.

Compliance and Documentation

Candidates must provide and maintain the following (not exhaustive):

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Background checks including criminal history and federal exclusions.
• Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and others as applicable.
• Health documents including physical exam, TB testing, immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella), drug screening, flu vaccination or approved exemption.
• Competency exams and facility-specific documents.
• Professional references (2 required within last 2 years).
• Employment application and skills checklist.
• Work history verification for at least 1 year prior to start date (New Jersey candidates).

Notes

• Candidates must complete a fit mask test onsite during orientation before starting work.
• Dysrhythmia competency testing may be required depending on unit assignment.
• Flu vaccine is required unless an approved exemption is granted.
• Visual acuity must be 20/40 or better.
• Candidates must be prepared to comply with all facility-specific onboarding and credentialing requirements.

This position is ideal for Radiologic Technologists with OR experience seeking a travel contract in New Jersey with exposure to advanced imaging equipment and surgical team collaboration.
