Job Opportunity: Certified Surgical Technician CVOR
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule Requirements:
- Weekend: On-call only
- Holidays: Required to work any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift
Job Summary
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) with Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience to support surgical services. Preferred credentials include CVOR and Surgical Technologist certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technologist experience
Additional Information
- Must meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to assignment start
- Ongoing compliance with annual updates for health screenings, drug testing, and competency assessments required
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
Contract Length
- Approximately 13 weeks (3 months)
This position is ideal for a CST with CVOR experience seeking a long-term assignment with weekend on-call and holiday work requirements.
