Job Opportunity: MRI Tech
Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with call on Sunday (1 Sunday per month, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
- Shift: See shift details (primarily weekdays with Sunday call rotation)
- Patient Population: Adult, some geriatric
- Equipment Used: GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MR30
- Electronic Health Records (EHR): Meditech, Unity PACs, vRAD
- Facility Size: 159 beds
- Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (MR) Certification
- BLS Certification
Additional Information
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
- Call requirement: Sunday rotation once per month
- No float requirements
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully accredited, 159-bed Level III Trauma Center with a focus on quality healthcare delivery to the local community.
