MRI Tech Travel Opportunity
Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a qualified MRI Tech to provide quality imaging services in a Level III Trauma Center with a 159-bed capacity. The position involves working primarily with adult and some geriatric patients using advanced MRI equipment.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week (30 hours weekdays, 10 hours weekends)
- Weekend hours: Every other weekend / as needed
- Call requirement: Sunday rotation (1 Sunday per month), 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) Certification required
- BLS Certification required
Unit & Equipment
- Department: MRI
- Equipment: GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MR30
- Electronic Health Records: Meditech, Unity PACs, vRAD
- Patient Population: Adult and some geriatric
Additional Information
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays
- Professional demeanor required
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color; no torn or overly tight clothing
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
