Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist

Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Monday – Friday day shift; 4 x 10-hour shifts
Shift times may extend later (up to 7:00 or 8:00 PM) depending on patient volume
No on-call required
Schedule details to be discussed during interview
Must be proficient with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator (hard requirement)
Must have recent Epic experience within the last 12 months (must be detailed on profile)
Holidays observed: Memorial Day, July 3rd, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
Work on Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and abbreviated day on Christmas Eve

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist, including experience within the last year
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
