Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position
Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapy (Outpatient)
- Shift: Days, 5x8 (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM; short Fridays - half days)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: 1-2 Saturdays per month
- Call Requirements: As required by facility
- Number of Openings: 1
Job Description
- Work in a small hospital-based outpatient physical therapy department.
- Patient population is approximately 70% adult orthopedic and 30% miscellaneous diagnoses.
- Focus on individualized patient care.
- Typical caseload involves outpatient therapy with mainly orthopedic patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience in an outpatient setting

- EMR system used: EPIC
- Dress code: Black scrubs
- Float and call requirements as per facility policy
