Physical Therapist Outpatient - Travel/Contract
Location: Onaga, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Work setting: Primarily outpatient with some inpatient duties
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 hours)
- Total hours per week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Kansas
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Additional Notes
- Government-issued photo ID must be carried during hours of service
- Facility-specific vaccine declinations require appropriate documentation
- Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the organization over 1 or 2 years
