Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position
Location: Findlay, Ohio
Contract Length: 14 weeks

- CVA (Stroke)
- Hip Fracture

- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
- Cardiac conditions
- Equipment Used: BITs, H200, LiteGait, NuStep, Car transfer simulator
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
- Occupational Therapy degree
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Work Environment & Culture
- Personality Fit: Team-oriented, goal-driven, focused on functional outcomes and preparing patients for home discharge
- Dress Code: Black scrubs required; no unacceptable attire specified
This position offers an opportunity to work in an acute rehabilitation setting with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population, focusing on functional recovery and discharge preparation.
