Description
Physical Therapist Position - Oregon
Location
- Baker City, Oregon
Employment Type
- Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Days, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (4x10s)
- Occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within the 13-week contract)
- Shift hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Setting
- Primarily outpatient (approximately 80%)
- Some inpatient care (approximately 20%)
Required Experience & Skills
- Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Epic electronic health record experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Required Licenses & Certifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
