Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Position
Location
- Baldwin Park, California
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Facility Setting
- Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
- 91 beds
Job Details
- Position type: Travel assignment
- Start date: ASAP
- Reason for opening: Contractor replacement
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Protouch
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
- Parking: Parking lot available
- May be required to float to other units depending on census (including nearby facilities)
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in acute care settings preferred, including:
- Pulmonary Mechanical Ventilation (PMV)
- Tracheostomy/Ventilator care
- Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Recent Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
Additional Notes
- Previous contractors have been considered for rehire
