Job Opportunity: CST/ORT First Assist
Location
- Lake Havasu City, Arizona
Contract Length

Work Schedule
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend coverage provided by a call team
- Call requirements depend on staff size (e.g., approximately 3 call days per month for 10 staff)
- May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
Unit and Patient Information
- Surgical tech role with experience in total knees, hips, shoulders, spine, and XI DaVinci robotic systems
- Case volume: 10 to 25 cases per day including total joints (MAKO robotics knees & hips), spine, orthopedic, neurosurgery, craniotomies, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and plastics
- Certified Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma facility
- Community hospital with 171 beds
Required Qualifications
- CVOR First Assist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- OR First Assist certification
