Shift Details
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
- Rotating Saturdays required (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
- Floating and on-call required
- No scheduling requests accommodated
Required Licenses and Certifications
- Active state license for CT Tech at time of submission (no pending licenses)
- Diploma from a JCERT-accredited program (verified on DAPIP)
- BLS (AHA or ARC)
- Fluoroscopy Certification
- CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
- ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - CT)
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in California
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Fluoroscopy Certification
- ARRT-CT certification
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Required Documents and Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
- Background check within 6 months of start, including SSN trace, 7-year county residence, nationwide search, sex offender search, federal district court search, and international criminal searches if applicable
- Education verification including diploma or transcript
- Physical exam within 1 year confirming ability to meet essential job functions
- Drug screening within 1 year of start (specific drug panel required; marijuana/THC excluded)
- Immunizations and titers:
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer; boosters or declination if negative/equivocal
- Hepatitis B: vaccine series, titer, or declination
- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination if negative/equivocal
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year; annual TB questionnaire if history of positive TB
- Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Nov-April); no declinations accepted
- Fit test for N95 or equivalent mask within 1 year, updated annually
- Fire safety card (LA County Fire Card) required within 30 days of start
- Harassment prevention training certificate required
- Medication competency exam and dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required within 3 days of start
- References: 2 professional references required, both supervisory for this facility, verified within 1 year of start
- Skills checklist updated annually
- Attestation of prior radiation exposure required for new candidates and if there is a 30-day gap between assignments

- Must complete facility-specific orientation and modules as assigned
- Employee parking form required
- Must comply with facility’s code of conduct, attendance policy, job hazard analysis, social media policy, and confidentiality policies
