CT Technologist (Night Shift) - Travel Assignment
Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (12-hour shift)
Job Overview
- Position: CT Technologist working night shift
- Contract length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
- Assignment type: Travel (Long-Term Assignment)
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certification
- Valid CT Technologist license in California
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
Training & Compliance
- Completion of DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
- Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam
- Successful completion of Prime Specialty Exam
Health & Safety Requirements
- Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC plus psychoactive THC saliva test (within 60 days of start)
- COVID-19 vaccination: 2 vaccines plus booster or documented declination
- Influenza vaccine or declination (required November 1 – March 31; declinations not accepted at this location)
- Hepatitis B: Record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination (declinations not accepted at this location)
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap: Adult vaccination documentation required (declinations not accepted at this location)
- TB test: Within 1 year of start date
- Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work (must be completed within 60 days of start)
Onboarding & Documentation
- Up-to-date resume reflecting recent work history (required at offer acceptance)
- Two professional references required (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
- National criminal background check within one year of start date
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
- Badge photo: Clear JPEG headshot with plain background
- Signed current job description (within the year)
- Education verification: Copy of diploma or transcripts if third-party verification unavailable
- Agency attestation form completed after all credentials are uploaded
