Registered Nurse - Step Down Unit
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Unit: Dedicated Stroke Unit, 30 beds
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4
Job Description
- Care for patients with medical, DKA, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical conditions
- Work in a specialized Stroke Unit environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
