Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 18:30 - 7:00)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Summary
- Position accepts both Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), but requires 2 years of experience as an RRT.
- Work may include weekends and floating as needed within the facility network.
- Must have all required certifications and licenses in hand at time of submission.
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, including experience within the last year
- Current NBRC certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- Candidates may be required to float to other facilities within the system.
- Fingerprinting process differs for pediatric specialty RRT-NICU roles (not applicable here).
- Online training modules must be completed on a computer using Chrome; videos cannot be skipped.
- Badge pickup at the facility is required prior to start.
- Background checks and certain compliance documents must be updated monthly or as specified.
- Physical exam does not require annual update if continuously working at the facility.
- PAPRs are not approved for mask fit failures due to facial hair without approved exemption.

This is a travel/contract Registered Respiratory Therapist position requiring a valid Ohio RRT license, 2 years of RRT experience, and multiple certifications and health clearances.
