Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Location

Covering all of Lancaster County, PA
Includes multiple zip codes throughout Lancaster County (specific zip codes available upon request)

Job Description

Position involves providing physical therapy services across Lancaster County.
Must be able to travel within the designated area.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
Allied License/Certification
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience with OASIS
Must meet all standard healthcare compliance requirements including but not limited to:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TdaP)
- Physical exam
- Various screenings and verifications (e.g., employment, educational, license)
- Driver’s license and car insurance (due to travel requirements)
- Annual mandatory trainings and competency exams
