Description
CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Dress Code: Dark gray scrubs
Job Description
- Perform CT scans in the Emergency Department and main hospital.
- Assist with morning chest x-rays in the ICU during night shift.
- Work with GE CT scanners, Sectra PACS, and EPIC systems.
- The CT department has 3 CT machines within a 500-bed hospital.
- Training period of 1-2 weeks provided.
- The CT unit operates 24/7 and is very busy.
- Work with a collaborative team of technologists.
- Schedule includes straight weekends or straight overnights.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required; CT certification preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience required on GE CT scanners.
Additional Information
- Must badge in and out at the facility.
- This is an 80-mile local placement.
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission.
