Physical Therapist Travel Job – Kentucky

Position Overview

• Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Employment Type: Travel
• Location: Maysville, Kentucky
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Rehabilitation Department
• Patient Population: Predominantly adult outpatient orthopedics (80% outpatient, 20% inpatient)
• Unit Profile:

  • 100-bed acute care facility
  • Patient ratio strictly 1:1
  • Standard equipment available
• Shift: Day shift, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours
• Weekend Requirements: Weekend call 1 in 4

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in an outpatient setting

Work Environment & Culture

• Outgoing personality fit preferred
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color acceptable
• No specific float requirements
