Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Location: Maysville, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Description

Work in the Emergency Department of a 100-bed, acute care, Joint Commission accredited facility.
Patient population includes infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Electronic Health Record system used: Meditech.
Orientation is conducted on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

Required Qualifications

Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Department specialty.
Certifications required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- NIH Certification

No weekend or call requirements.
