Description
Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)
Location: Kokomo, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery, triage, postpartum, and circulate during C-sections.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year
- Experience in Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced
- Ascension Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS)
- Ascension Fetal Monitoring
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Optional: Unit-specific checklist may be required by unit leader within one week of start.
- Onboarding includes completion of nursing contingent worker onboarding and education attestation.
This position requires a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN able to work night shifts, with comprehensive certifications, immunizations, and compliance with background and competency requirements.
