Job Opportunity: RN - ICU

Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule Notes: Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH); July 3 and 4 required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

• License/certification verification with machine-generated date within 30 days of start
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, and Non-Employee Upload Form signed and on file
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
• EPLS, OIG, NSO, and OFAC checks completed within 30 days of start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
• System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
• Iowa-specific Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training and Sing Report (criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult & child abuse registries) required

Additional Information

• This position requires working every other week and every other holiday, including mandatory coverage on July 3 and 4.
• Night shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

This role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs who meet the certification and health requirements and are comfortable with night shifts and holiday coverage.
