Description
Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer - Travel/Contract
Location: Randallstown, Maryland
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Job Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation
- Shift: Day shift (5 days x 8 hours), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Procedures: Adult Echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE), 3D Echo, Bubble Study, use of Contrast Agents including Definity Contrast
- Clinical Focus: Cardiac diagnosis including shortness of breath (SOB) and chest pain
- Required experience with Phillips ultrasound equipment and Cerner electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
- Cardiac Sonographer experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
