Job Opportunity: RN Cardiac Stepdown - Nights
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Description
- Provide nursing care for surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring.
- Must have extensive experience with telemetry patients.
- Prior experience and certification in Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) care required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, with recent experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with telemetry patient care
