X-Ray Technologist Position - Pontiac, Michigan

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (or approved declination/exemption letter) valid through September 2025
• MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start date (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted
• Influenza vaccine: Optional, but proof or declination accepted
• Varicella: Proof of one vaccination or IgG titer lab report
• Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
• TB Screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test required; if positive, chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
• Fit Test: Required (specific mask type for Iowa only)

Drug Screening

• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must include specified substances; no THC allowed

Professional and Compliance Requirements

• Background checks including federal, nationwide, and county criminal checks from last 7 years, plus SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, and system access forms
• Trinity-specific CORE exam and specialty competency testing within the last year
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
• Standard I-9 completed by agency
• Color vision test
