• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• On-Call: Weekend coverage on a rotational basis
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Certified Surgical Technician required to work in New Jersey
• Experience needed in:

  • Orthopedics (Total Joints, Fractures)
  • Spine
  • DaVinci XI Robotics
  • Urology
  • Vascular
  • General/Laparoscopic Procedures
  • Podiatry
  • Breast and Plastic Reconstructive Surgeries

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
• Must hold Surgical Technician certification valid in New Jersey
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination including booster or completed declination
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and Influenza (flu vaccine or declination required during flu season)
• Annual respirator fit test completed prior to start
• TB test within one year of start date
• Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)
• Successful completion of:

  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
  • Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
• National criminal background check within one year of start date
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
• Signed current job description (within the year)
• Education verification (diploma or transcripts if third-party verification unavailable)
• Recent drug screening (minimum 10-panel including THC) within 60 days of start
• Clear color-blind test completed annually
• Prime Orientation Packet completed (Essentials form and post-test)
• Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials are uploaded
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search completed with visible date
• Clear, professional badge photo (JPEG format, shoulders up, plain background)
• Up-to-date resume reflecting recent work history
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or direct supervisor
