Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer - Radiology

Location

Hancock, Michigan
Serves a 36-bed hospital in the Western Upper Michigan Peninsula
Close to Lake Superior's sandy beaches and coastline

Contract length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a facility with advanced imaging and diagnostic services including:
- Open Bore MRI
- 64-slice CT scanner
- Nuclear imaging
- 3D mammography
Support various departments such as cardiopulmonary, arthroscopic surgery, emergency department, orthopedics, sports medicine, advanced wound care, certified sleep disorder center, express care clinics, regional dialysis, pharmacy, radiology, lab, rehab, home care, hospice, and senior living

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Evaluation of skills and knowledge for a sonographer
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for this travel position
