Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Location: Weston, Florida
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse – Operating Room
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (8/10-hour shifts)
- On-call Requirement: 1 shift per week plus 2 weekend 12-hour shifts per month
- Floating: May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Block scheduling: Not accommodated
- Locals accepted at same rate
- Pending license accepted
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in Neurology
