Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location
- Sierra Vista, Arizona
Employment Type
- Travel contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend hours: On call (>12 days per contract)

Unit and Patient Population
- Department: Cath Lab (Interventional Cardiology)
- Number of beds: 90
- Patient population: Adult
- Equipment: GE Fluoroscopy, transitioning to CHANGE for hemodynamics
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including:
- Vascular embolization
- Ports management
- Vascular stenting
- Nephrostomy tube care
- Cover Cath Lab, stress testing, transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE), and tilt table testing
- Support use of advanced devices and techniques such as manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, and IABP
- Manage patients with coronary artery disease (CAD)
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in Interventional Radiology
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
Additional Information
- Scrubs provided by hospital
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel status
- Orientation provided bi-weekly
