Certified Surgical Technician CVOR
Location
- Jackson, Michigan
Job Summary
- Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR).
- Perform a variety of technical duties related to surgical technology in cardiovascular and endovascular procedures.
Contract Length
- 8 weeks
Schedule
- Rotating 4-10 hour shifts (06:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Call every fourth weekend (Friday to Sunday)
- On-call once per week within a six-week schedule cycle
- 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist (ST)
- Graduation from a formal surgical technologist program
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Expertise in surgical technology
