Nuclear Medicine Technician - Columbus, Ohio
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call Requirements:
- One day on-call per week (weekday on-call hours: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Every 4th weekend on-call minimum (weekend on-call hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Ohio
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (NMTCB)
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Fit Test
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with TB chest x-ray if positive (per regional guidelines)
- COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster through September 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific substances required)
- Trinity-specific professional forms and agreements including:
- Confidentiality and Security Agreement
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Criminal Background Check (7 years, including SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest academic level)
- EPLS and GSA/OIG exclusion checks (within 30 days)
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Joint Commission CORE Exam (within 1 year)
- NSO check (within 30 days, including aliases and statewide checks for MI)
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Code of Conduct Form
- I9 verification completed by agency
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (exam within 1 year)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start)
- Color Vision test
