Job Opportunity: Mammography Technologist

Location: West Chester Township, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Job Description

  • Operate Hologic mammography equipment.
  • Work locations include rotation between two hospital campuses as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Mammography Technologist license in Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
  • Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ARRT certification
  • ARRT Mammography certificate

Health & Compliance Requirements

  • Proof of immunizations or immunity for:
    • MMR (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer)
    • Varicella (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer)
    • Hepatitis B (series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted)
  • Tuberculosis test completed within 30 days prior to assignment start (QuantiFERON/T-Spot or 2-step skin test).
  • Physical/Health statement within the last year.
  • Influenza vaccine is optional but may be required during flu season (Oct 1 – Mar 31).
  • Drug screen (9 panel) completed within 90 days prior to start; must be repeated with any break in service.
  • Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start, including 7-year county and national checks, SSN trace, and sex offender registry.
  • Two professional references from a charge nurse or higher within the last 2 years.

Documentation & Onboarding

  • Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID (front side only).
  • Highest level of education verification (transcripts or third-party verification accepted).
  • Recent color badge photo (taken within last 6 months, no selfies or filters).
  • Skills checklist current within 12 months prior to start.
  • Internal competency checklist to be completed within 2 weeks after start.
  • Annual compliance training module completion certificate.
  • I-9 E-Verify attestation.
  • Resume submission required.

  • All required licenses, certifications, and health documents must be completed and verified prior to or at onboarding as specified.
  • Candidate must comply with all regulatory and facility-specific training and documentation requirements to maintain assignment eligibility.
