CT Technologist Position - Oregon, Baker City

Job Details

• Job Title: CT Technologist
• Location: Baker City, Oregon
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year

Onboarding Requirements

• Current state license verification dated within 30 days of start
• BLS certification card (front and back images)
• Fit test
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Color vision test
• COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date
• 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/health statement from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work

Professional and Compliance Documentation

• Signed Code of Conduct form
• Completed I-9 form
• Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement signed
• Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start (if applicable)
• Criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
• Exclusion and sanction screenings (EPLS, OIG, GSA/OIG) dated within 30 days of start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
• National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within 30 days of start
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure form signed
• System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills checklist provided and completed by agency for clinical contractors

Additional Notes

• Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission
• Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended (proof or declination accepted except in CA or IL)
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system as specified

This position is suitable for CT Technologists licensed in Oregon who meet the above certification and compliance requirements and are available for a 13-week assignment with daytime hours.
